Founder and President of ASA Consulting Inc,  Soheila Sadough is a professional Civil and Traffic Engineer with 32 years of experience in transportation infrastructure and civil design projects. Her experience as a Senior Structural Engineer covers the full spectrum of bridge types from curved structural steel to precast post tensioned concrete members. She is experienced in both preliminary and final design of a variety of bridge structures utilizing structural steel and precast post-tensioned concrete members.

 ASA Consulting currently has professional staff organized into one civil engineering and one structural design team.  Soheila Sadough heads the departments and has over 3 decades of professional experience,   resulting in a tremendous carry-through of knowledge from project to project.  Our Structural Engineers have designed major and minor bridges over highways, waterways and railroads, and is recognized for their specific capabilities in the planning and design of roadways and bridges, from the straightforward to the most complex projects.
